Ashley’s approach
Hi, I’m Ashley (she/her). I’m an east coast transplant who arrived in Oregon in 2021. I’ve been a physical therapist since 2011 and have a passion for helping people return to their prior level of function by providing them with tools, advice, and guidance to achieve their goals. I work extensively with patients with chronic pain, especially those with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and joint hypermobility. I also love treating people with sports injuries, especially runners, rowers, and cyclists.
I firmly believe that everyone should have access to quality physical therapy care, regardless of insurance or ability to pay. If my current rate makes care unaffordable or inaccessible to you, please contact me for a sliding scale. I also offer further discounted rates for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) as part of my dedication to righting the inequities BIPOC face on a regular basis as a direct result of systemic white supremacy.
When I'm not working, you can find me skiing in the winter, cycling in the summer, exploring the amazing Portland food and coffee scene, and hanging out with my two cats, Mac & Arlo.
